Nordic Center Breckenridge Wedding
Just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge towards Peak 8 is where Abby and Mike had their Breckenridge Nordic Center Wedding. Mike began his day at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 hotel a beautiful spot that sits right beside the ski runs during the winter. It reminded me of the luxury hotels in the French Alps. A little further down the hill, Abby was getting ready in a cute mountain Airbnb apartment which was conveniently located right beside the Breckenridge Nordic Center wedding venue.
Abby and Mike made their way to the venue ahead of time so that they could do their first look and have a quiet moment together. Soon after, the next person to see Abby was her 102-year-old grandmother who was utterly delighted to be able to see Abby and Mike get married. She pinned on Mike’s vintage tie pin which had been in the family for generations!
The wedding ceremony exuded Colorado mountain vibes with a snow-capped peak and bright yellow and orange aspens in the background. Abby and Mike beamed at each other and a few tears were shed as guests watched and listened.
