Downtown Denver Engagement Session

Karly & Caleb’s Downtown Denver Engagement Session began outside Union Station, one of Denver’s most iconic photo spots. I challenged myself to find a new way to photograph here and adding a reflection turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The reflection takes out the distracting elements on the ground as there are always lots of people, cars, and general city businesses all around.

A short walk from Union Station is the Denver Millenuim Bridge which was our next iconic spot to take some photos but Denver is full of so much more creative potential than iconic locations. We began winding our way south down 15th Street, using brick walls, alleys, and sculptures as creative resources. We finished up at the Denver Performing Arts Complex making a silhouette photo of them against the sunset sky, surrounded by string lights.

A Downtown Denver Engagement Session is often overlooked in favor of a more outdoorsy location that we all love about this state but for couples whose vibe is a bit more urban, the city provides an endless variety of spaces for unique Downtown Denver engagement photos.
